The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough commercial cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks, ensuring all flooring types are maintained properly.
- Manage custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
- Maintain an organized approach to housekeeping management, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working condition.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitization practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license may be beneficial for travel between job sites (if applicable).
